Your package is delivered quickly and safely to a delivery point near you across the country. When the package has arrived at the delivery location
you receive a collection message from Postnord. You have the option to track the shipment at postnord.no. You receive your shipment number
via e-mail when the package has been sent from our warehouse.

Certain products, such as glass, paint and porcelain, cannot be delivered with this delivery option. This is independent of
size.

Your package is delivered quickly and safely to your home at the agreed location, without the need for a signature. If nothing is agreed, the package will
as standard delivered outside your door. If you live in a block of flats, the driver must be locked in the main door. Packs that don’t
can be safely delivered to the recipient’s address, will be sent to a PostNord delivery point, or converted to home delivery with
signature. You have the option to track the shipment at postnord.no. You will receive your tracking number via e-mail when the package has been sent
from our warehouse.

PostNord MyPack Home is for customers who want the goods delivered to their home address. The goods are delivered at the designated place on
ground level, or as close as it is possible for the car to get without obstacles. The recipient is responsible for any obstacles
removed in advance, and that there is a passable path all the way to the designated place. Obstacles can be curbs, gravel, gates,
stairs, road too narrow for the carrier’s car, difficult driving conditions, etc. There is no possibility of carrying that
additional service as of today’s date.

You will be notified when the shipment is ready for delivery. The recipient can then order the desired delivery time (of available
alternatives), within 3 working days of the shipment arriving at your nearest terminal, in the PostNord app, at postnord.no or
telephone 98 70 93 00.

Parcels are normally delivered in the evening between 5pm and 9pm, but there may be a weight and size restriction. IN
In some areas, packages are delivered during the day as standard. When your order is at the nearest terminal, you will be notified by Postnord.
You can then go in and select your drive-out time slot from a list of available options.
