Delivery status

If all the goods in your order are in our online warehouse, the goods are normally sent within 1-2 working days. If your order contains goods that were not in stock at the time of ordering, you will find information about the estimated delivery time to our online warehouse in your order confirmation. The time you order determines when we can pick, pack and send your order. The transport time will vary somewhat depending on the delivery address and which shipping method you choose.

Delivery with MyPack normally takes 1-3 working days for delivery in most areas, while home delivery normally takes between 2-5 working days. We reserve the right that the delivery time is indicative, and we recommend that you wait until you have received and checked all items before booking a craftsman. During periods of high demand, such as during Black Week or other major promotions, delays may occur.

When the goods are ready for shipment, you will receive tracking information per e-mail. This information is sent before the carrier collects the goods from us, therefore it can take up to one working day before the package can be tracked at postnord.no.
