Steps to drill clean and accurate holes:
1. Start drilling the hole at an angle of approx.45 degrees to the surface, so the drill has a chance to start and prevents the drill from slipping
2. Slowly move the bit to a more upright position and swing the bit in a circular motion
3. No need to apply much pressure, let the bit do the work, you will feel the bit break through the back of the glass or tile when the hole is finished
4. Be careful when using them, as they can become shiny and burn out if used too quickly
Recommendations for a long crown life:
dry drilling, with wax
By using an angle grinder with speed control,
Circular movements are recommended when drilling – this will ensure better cooling,
Side valves should be cleaned and checked every time before drilling,
The maximum operating speed is 11,000 rpm. To extend the life of the drill bit and the accuracy of drilled holes, do not exceed the max. speed.
